A brand that shows in Tokyo and Paris?
It might sound like something from a far-off world.
Up until now, DOMELLE has only presented collections at shows in Tokyo and Paris, exclusively for buyers from department stores and select shops. That’s why we’ve been something of a “hidden gem”—maybe you’ve heard of us, but it hasn’t been easy to actually see our clothes in person. And since we don’t have our own stores, some of you might have wondered: “So what exactly is this brand about?”
“We design, we create — never curate.”
DOMELLE isn’t a select shop, and we don’t run our own boutiques. We design and produce our own clothes, and now—at last—we’ll finally have the chance to meet you directly in Nagoya.
As we wrote back in Vol.11 “The Sorrows of a Wholesale Brand”, we’ve always longed for a place where we can talk directly with the people who actually wear our clothes.
So this might be a little early to announce, but… this autumn, DOMELLE is coming to Nagoya for a very special POP UP event!
A one-week encounter in Nagoya

And here’s something extra: on October 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), our director and designer Naomi Taguchi will be in store. She’s looking forward to chatting with you—sharing design stories, styling tips, and maybe even a peek behind the scenes of how each piece is made. Once you know the story, slipping into a garment feels completely different.
What items will you find? That’s the surprise.
For this POP UP, we won’t be revealing the line-up in advance. But that’s part of the fun. Like a little treasure hunt, we hope you’ll enjoy the thrill of discovering “I can’t believe I found this piece here!” Your one-of-a-kind encounter in Nagoya awaits.

This POP UP is also a challenge for DOMELLE.
Until now, we’ve only met you through retailers—but this time, we finally get to exchange words face-to-face. We believe it will be a special time, both for us as a brand and for everyone who stops by.
So if you’re in the neighborhood, please drop in—whether it’s between shopping or just before enjoying some miso katsu or hitsumabushi. I can’t wait either!
