When you unbutton the back of the waist, it transforms into a short shirt and an easy-to-wear skirt with a drawstring waist! This is a masterpiece that can only be produced one bolt per day. A voluminous random tiered skirt. The back is layered with firm polyester cotton and nylon tulle for a dramatic finish. The waist is elastic, so it is easier to wear than it looks. It can be hand washed.
