The skirt part is also made in Japan of polyester acetate memory taffeta. This dress, which looks like a coordinated jersey top and skirt, has an elastic waist and is easy to wear just by putting it on. The skirt part is lifted from the back, giving it a balloon silhouette. It can be hand washed.
